Engineering Manager - Consumer

Plaid•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Plaid Link securely connects people’s financial accounts to the apps and services they trust, and serves as the foundation for onboarding, payments, identity, and lending experiences. The role partners with a Principal Engineer, the team’s Tech Lead, Product, Design, and teams across Plaid to set technical direction, sequence the migration, and make the platform easy to adopt and extend. The manager is also responsible for maintaining quality and reliability and developing engineers through clear priorities, coaching, and feedback.
