About The Position

You lead several of our engineering teams - responsible for the people, the culture, and what the teams deliver. You are accountable for delivery: you translate strategy into measurable targets and course-correct when results fall short. You and your teams work on customer-facing products and the backend systems behind them. You work closely with Product and hold your teams to a quality bar rather than delegating it. You work with our Staff Engineers to keep architectural direction and delivery reality aligned. You establish transparent decision-making, mediate conflict, and resolve misalignment before it escalates.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and assertiveness.
  • Excellent conflict-resolution skills, empathy, and a coaching approach.
  • Solid understanding of agile ways of working and the technical challenges of software development.
  • Ability to still build things yourself with AI (prototypes, tools, automation) and intention to continue doing so as a manager.
  • Fluent in English.
