Requirements

• People leadership, persuasion, and strategic thinking.
• Technical skills in Dynamics 365, AWS/Azure, Python, and JavaScript.
• Prioritization, decision-making, and sound judgment.
• Ability to develop others, drive engagement, and establish vision and purpose.
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of engineers, drives high-quality outcomes and ensures timely delivery.
• Makes effective technical decisions and provides guidance through strong hands-on coding and engineering skills.
• Fosters continuous improvement by coaching and developing team members.
• Ensures Agile events occur, are productive, and foster collaboration.
• Identifies and resolves impediments to maintain smooth delivery.
