About The Position

The leader oversees a team of engineers, drives high-quality outcomes and ensures timely delivery. Strong hands-on coding and engineering skills enable the leader to make effective technical decisions and provide guidance. The leader fosters continuous improvement by coaching and developing team members. Ensures Agile events occur, are productive, and foster collaboration. Identifies and resolves impediments to maintain smooth delivery. This role has 6-8 direct reports.

Requirements

• People leadership, persuasion, and strategic thinking.
• Technical skills in Dynamics 365, AWS/Azure, Python, and JavaScript.
• Prioritization, decision-making, and sound judgment.
• Ability to develop others, drive engagement, and establish vision and purpose.
• Minimum of 8 years related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
