Engineering Manager, FlashArray

This role is for an Engineering Manager who will lead a team of engineers in Prague, Czech Republic. The main focus of the role is to drive and shape the direction of the team in delivering high-quality software to customers. The successful candidate should have technical management experience, hands-on software development experience, and the ability to build and manage a team of senior engineers. The role also requires the ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

• Lead a team of engineers located in Prague, Czech Republic
• Drive and shape the direction in enabling product engineers to deliver high-quality software
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to engineers on the team
• Understand the dynamics of global R&D and possess deep knowledge of local culture

• 3+ years of technical management experience while staying hands-on
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience in building and managing a team with senior engineers
• Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into the development
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
