About the position
This role involves evangelizing Pure Storage's enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building relationships with customers, and driving sales in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The successful candidate will need to bring authenticity, thought leadership, and strong prospecting skills to effectively position Pure's portfolio and achieve revenue targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead a complex sales process and foster teamwork.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
- Expertise leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business
- Passionate about post-sales customer success
- 5+ years of outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $5-$10M per year in revenues

- Annual base salary range: $113,000 - $169,500
