Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on HVAC systems, coils, or air handling equipment
System ratings and matching methodologies is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
5+ years of supervisory or management experience leading technical teams
Strong technical knowledge of thermal dynamics, air handling systems, and HVAC system design
Proficiency in engineering analysis tools
Demonstrated expertise in project management and cross-functional team coordination
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with budget management and cost analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with quality assurance standards and manufacturing compliance requirements
Ability to make decisive decisions and drive strategic initiatives
