We are hiring an Engineering Manager for our Client Foundation team. This team owns the shared app platform, release and distribution infrastructure, internal frameworks, and developer tooling that power Chime’s mobile and web experiences. This role is critical as we invest in AI-driven development. You will help build foundations that increase frontend velocity across the company. You will manage a small, high-impact team across five platform domains. You will partner closely with the team’s tech lead to set direction, and stay close to the work. You will also help shape how our client architecture evolves, including how web and mobile platforms come closer together over time.
