The Foundation Associate is responsible for maintaining administrative tasks and operational aspects of the Covenant HealthCare Foundation while being part of a team focused on making a positive impact. Duties include gift processing and receipting, donor record maintenance, financial reporting (including month-end and bank deposits), payment processing, database reporting, and a wide away of programmatic and customer service support. This position is integral to the Foundation mission and will work within and contribute to a collaborative and upbeat team environment. Additional responsibilities may include participating in special events, campaigns, and marketing efforts to further the mission. Consistent with Covenant expectations, the Foundation Associate will provide excellent customer service, conduct themselves in accordance with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission and Values of Covenant HealthCare, and always demonstrate a commitment to Extraordinary Care for Every Generation.
