About the position
The Engineering Leader for Patreon's Growth team will build and lead world-class product engineering teams that work full-stack, work on opportunities across the entire Patreon product surface, take accountability and ownership for big impact and strategic areas of investment to drive direct value to creators and membership, work in a cross-functional strong partnership with Product, Design, DS, Finance and teams that directly interface with our creators, expand on our strong culture of hypothesis, experimentation, metrics-focused measurement, and be an advocate and represent your team’s work in company-wide forums. The ideal candidate will have experience leading product engineering teams, be data-driven with analytical thinking, have excellent communication and prioritization skills with the ability to lead through influence, and have high EQ and a personable approach to management with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
