Chief of Staff, Product

Patreon is seeking a Chief of Staff to support their mission of empowering creators to monetize their work and engage with their fans. As a leader in the membership space, Patreon is dedicated to optimizing the creator-to-fan relationship through various tools and experiences. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CPO to develop communication strategies, manage cross-functional projects, analyze data, and provide support on various initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for Patreon's mission and values.

• Work with the CPO to develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's mission and vision
• Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives that drive the growth and success of the company
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Analyze data and provide insights that inform decision-making
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and provide support on various initiatives

• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, such as management consulting, product management, or operations
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve common goals

• New York Pay Range $175,000-$244,000 USD.
