About The Position
Gerdau is seeking college students to participate in our G. Start program. G. Start is a paid internship program with the goal of developing students for future technical and managerial positions. G. Requirements
- Undergraduate entering Junior or Senior year.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials Science or Metallurgy Engineering or related from a recognized accredited college or university.
- Minimum GPA 2.5
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the country of hire without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Well-rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra-curricular activities.
