About The Position

As an Engineering College Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments. The role supports manufacturing and assembly teams with time and delay studies, performance reporting, and implementation of lean concepts.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, preferably in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering major.
• Expected graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
• Must be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
• Create performance-based reports.
• Conduct delay studies to identify loss areas and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist the Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
