Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate to join Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Operations within COO Technology. The team develops and supports technology solutions used across CIB Operations functions, including Capital Markets Trading Services, confirmations, broker-dealer operations technology, client data and onboarding, regulatory review and reporting, derivatives operations, securities operations, and account reconciliation. In this role, you will work with product owners, business partners, and technology leads to understand product and business requirements and translate them into application features and user stories. You will contribute to application development and business support while helping modernize existing applications, support transitions to new data centers and cloud environments, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Work is organized within an Agile/Scrum team, with assigned features and stories delivered in two-week increments. This position is designed for an early-career technology professional who wants hands-on experience with enterprise application development, data and reporting tools, application modernization, and collaborative product delivery in a large financial services environment. You will also participate in Wells Fargo's Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program, a two-year early-career development program that supports technical and professional growth through training, mentorship, career coaching, networking opportunities, and a cohort experience.
