About The Position

The Corporate Access team is responsible for supporting the firm's corporate access strategy and client engagement efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients. This role will support the firm's Corporate Access efforts in the U.S. for institutional investors and corporate clients. The associate will partner with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities. Key responsibilities include coordinating corporate management meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events. The role involves developing and executing corporate access programs to enhance client engagement and support revenue generation, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with corporate executives, investor relations professionals, and institutional investors. Oversight of event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis is also required, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
  • 5+ Years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience - Required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capital markets and investor engagement.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.
