About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Lending Operations Administration Associate in Business Operations as part of Commercial Lending Operations division. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and control integrity of data and documentation across the lending lifecycle. You will participate in loan administration initiatives, execution of day-to-day operational processes, data reconciliations, and adherence to established risk and control standards. You will also participate in or provide support for low-complexity initiatives related to framework and control execution within Corporate & Investment Banking Lending Operations as a middle office function. This includes providing transactional support, lending processing fundamentals, and policy and procedure comprehension. You will support low-complexity loan administration and possibly closing activities, review basic loan documentation and policies, and perform credit research and project-related analysis under supervision. You will collaborate with team members and follow established processes, reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained. You will support low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact within the functional area, assist with documenting execution frameworks, control activities, and related procedures, and perform assigned work under direction from a supervisor, exercising judgment within defined parameters. You will develop a working understanding of functional processes, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal customers as applicable.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of banking operations, finance, credit, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
