Tailored Lending Operations- Associate
About The Position
Tailored Lending Operations is responsible for the onboarding, servicing, and ongoing operational support of Tailored Lending loans. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform. The analyst will also support the following activities: - Loan processing and servicing - Reviewing control reports - Participating in projects and testing initiatives - Maintaining departmental metrics - Updating policies and procedures - Supporting automation and transformation initiatives
Requirements
