Requirements
- Shipped product in fast-moving software environments.
- Comfortable working across the stack, or moving outside their default lane when needed.
- Care deeply about users and can translate messy problems into clear product decisions.
- Combine technical strength with product sense and good judgment.
- Like ownership, ambiguity, and close collaboration across functions.
- Want to help build a category-defining product while the shape of the company is still being formed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience shipping products, workflow software, or AI-enabled products.
- Experience with systems where frontend and backend decisions meaningfully shape each other.
- Experience building products used in consequential or trust-sensitive moments.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments where iteration speed and ownership are both high.
Responsibilities
- Build new product experiences across the hiring workflow.
- Develop systems that turn conversational signal into structured actions and insights.
- Create AI-assisted features that need to feel useful, transparent, and well-integrated into the product.
- Implement improvements to quality, speed, and reliability across both user-facing and agent-facing parts of the product.
- Address product problems that cut across engineering, design, product, and go-to-market context.
