About The Position

Venture Global LNG is seeking an Engineer, SCADA, located in Houston. The role designs, develops, implements, and supports Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for pipeline and LNG operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant control solutions that support safe and efficient operations. It applies specialized expertise in industrial control systems, communications networks, control room management, leak detection, and applicable regulatory standards, including PHMSA and FERC, to maintain system integrity and operational readiness. The engineer partners with operations personnel, control room staff, and field technicians to troubleshoot issues, conduct field investigations, develop displays and procedures, and support Management of Change, audits, and emergency response activities. The role exercises independent engineering judgment to strengthen the performance, compliance, and resilience of critical pipeline control systems. It may require up to 20% domestic travel to company offices or locations and vendor locations in Louisiana and Texas.
