About The Position

As an Engineer I - Systems Engineering (Generative AI & Agentic Systems), you will build enterprise AI solutions, including autonomous agentic frameworks, graph-driven retrieval pipelines, microservices, and edge voice-activation features for operational tools. You will help deploy intelligent agents that support real-time Next Best Action decision engines for field operations and support teams. The role involves developing stateful, multi-agent AI workflows; designing graph and data architectures; creating backend services and APIs; building and optimizing machine-learning models; and managing CI/CD and MLOps processes. You will write production-grade code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with team members to turn prototype AI models into reliable production applications. This is a hybrid role with a defined work location, working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office. The manager will set the work location, and employees are responsible for complying with hybrid work policies. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.

  • Experience in software engineering or systems engineering with AI/ML development.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development and API integration.
  • Exposure to voice recognition, keyword spotting (KWS), or voice wake-up-word detection systems.
  • Familiarity with vector search engines such as Elasticsearch and caching layers such as Redis.
  • Practical experience building multi-agent AI systems with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
  • Experience managing CI/CD automation using Jenkins, containerizing applications with Docker, and using Git for version control.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain stateful, multi-agent AI workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to automate complex decision-making processes.
  • Design and optimize data architectures connecting graph databases such as Neo4j with search and caching layers; use Pandas for data wrangling, feature engineering, and unstructured-data processing.
  • Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python, including integration of edge-compatible voice wake-up-word features and speech processing into mobile applications for field technicians.
  • Use PyTorch and TensorFlow to build, fine-tune, and evaluate machine-learning models for natural language processing and decision flows.
  • Automate build and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Docker to deploy scalable microservices.
  • Write production-grade code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate to turn prototype AI models into reliable production-grade applications.
