About The Position

The Engineer I - Integrated Operations is a technical operations role reporting to the Supervisor, Integrated Operations. The position provides real-time monitoring, alert response, and first-level triage across IEHP’s Windows and Linux server environments, Cisco network environment, and application performance alerting. The role serves as the front line of operational visibility for IT services and contributes to uptime and service continuity. The position supports monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments, interprets system logs and monitoring data, documents incidents, follows operating procedures and runbooks, and assists with operational readiness and reliability checks. It may involve alternative shifts or 24/7 coverage models depending on operational needs. The role also supports IEHP’s Quality Program goals, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.
