About The Position

This position is for the Combat Systems team for advanced submarine design, department E35. This position supports the design and development of electrical and combat systems. Responsible for establishing system and sub-system design requirements based on provided top level requirements. Responsible for managing system interfaces. Responsible for identifying and developing components and sub-systems to ensure system meets overall established requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 0 years of experience.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
Excellent Written and oral communication skills
Ability to read and understand system schematics and drawings

Systems engineering or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience is desired.
