About The Position

Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Engagement Specialist for the Call Center Behavioral Health department. This role is responsible for proactive and assertive outreach to behavioral health patients who are lost to care or at risk of disengagement. The Engagement Specialist delivers patient-centered support by managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth access to behavioral health services. The specialist communicates effectively with a diverse patient population using strong interpersonal and customer service skills, while adhering to organizational and job-specific standards. The position is primarily remote and supports Sun River Health’s mission to improve access to care for underserved communities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to make accurate, time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and teamwork

Responsibilities
