About The Position

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inquiry calls regarding hospital services and programs. This role will facilitate admissions, verify insurance information, and perform all registration duties within the Behavioral Health - Call Center (High Volume) department.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred.
  • Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs.
  • Facilitates the admissions.
  • Verifies insurance information.
  • Performs all registration duties.
