About The Position
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is hiring an Engagement Program Manager for an immediate 06+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential. The position is onsite in Sunnyvale, California, and offers a pay rate of $130 per hour. The role drives cross-team programs, turning ambiguous goals into measurable objectives, supporting stakeholder alignment, managing change and escalations, and using data and automation to improve program execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Program Management (PgM/TPM) or related fields.
- Advanced skills in Portfolio Management, Team Management, Continuous Improvement, and Stakeholder Management.
- Proficiency in Communications Management, Planning, Execution, and Governance.
- Strong technical judgment and a deep understanding of user needs and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive program charters across multiple teams, translating ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
- Optimize program communication plans to ensure clarity and stakeholder alignment.
- Develop change management rollout plans, address misalignments proactively, and monitor progress.
- Collect and analyze data to govern programs; maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Manage program escalations and resolve prioritization misalignments with stakeholders.
- Create automated processes to improve program velocity and monitoring while aligning with Product Excellence values.
