About The Position

With government regulations and standards becoming increasingly complex, product delays and innovation roadblocks are more common than ever. Daptic automates the identification and analysis of relevant regulations, standards, and product requirements, allowing R&D teams to focus on what they do best: creating groundbreaking products within automotive, aerospace, construction, consumer electronics, energy, medicine and healthcare, and beyond. Requirements

  • 4-10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth B2B startups, with a strong blend of analytical, strategic, customer-facing, and cross-functional expertise.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to grasp technical products, whether through education or experience.
  • Polished client and soft skills. You should be able to navigate hard questions live, and enjoy being the interface between customers and Daptic.
  • Strong commercial instincts. You can read an account, spot opportunity and risk, and deliver measurable results.
  • The stamina to continuously grow an account, turning new users into champions and champions into bigger contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills, so the details of every account are always at your fingertips.
  • Experience building with AI tools, with AI already part of how you work day to day.
  • Available to work in our New York City office at least 4 days a week.
  • Open to travel (0%-50%) as required to support business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Software deployment at manufacturers, or familiarity with either the manufacturing or product compliance spaces.
  • Experience in growing accounts at early-stage startups (Series A or earlier) or newly released products.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with all account stakeholders, from budget holders to daily users.
  • Identify new expansion opportunities through deep knowledge of client organizations and an active network.
  • Plan and host user sessions like onboarding, office hours, strategy and feedback sessions.
  • Map the workflows and use cases of your stakeholders, working through their pain points, and understanding what value they’re hoping to see from Daptic.
  • Deploy and configure Daptic for new users, managing data and feature access, introducing new data sources and new products.
  • Tailor user documentation to customer context and workflows.
  • Lead recurring touchpoints and readouts with executives and budget holders, crystallizing the Daptic value story throughout the annual deal cycle.
  • Keep renewals on track, ensuring visibility into upcoming deadlines, expansion opportunities, trials, and potential risks.
  • Set the standard for expansion deals at Daptic. Get pen to paper with some of the biggest logos in manufacturing while we’re at the ground floor.
