This role sits at the center of how Scrunch turns customers into long-term partners. The Engagement Manager will lead onboarding, pilots, and overall activation coordination for enterprise accounts—driving execution, presenting to senior leadership, and building the engagement infrastructure that lets this function scale. This is the first hire in this role, which means you won’t inherit a playbook—you’ll create it. We need someone who can deliver in a Fortune 500 boardroom today, help design the processes the team runs on tomorrow, and bring the drive and judgment to get both right from day one.
