About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements for enterprise customers. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in engagement/project/program management
  • 8–10+ years in Professional Services or enterprise delivery
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream deployments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, security, or IoT environments
  • Experience with global deployments
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Zoho Project

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple Professional Services engagements from kickoff through completion
  • Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact
  • Develop and maintain project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations
  • Ensure adherence to Professional Services processes and standards
  • Support pre-sales and identify expansion opportunities
