About The Position

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Lead / DevOps Transformation Architect to join its team in New York. This contract position will lead an assessment of DevOps transformation needs and define a practical, phased roadmap to improve release efficiency, automation, and delivery productivity. The role requires assessing current DevOps processes, release bottlenecks, and engineering practices; prioritizing transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes; aligning stakeholders on scope, priorities, and execution; and applying industry best practices and an external perspective to challenge existing processes.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience in DevOps, software delivery, or technology transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise DevOps transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, release management, and engineering productivity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
