About The Position
Enforcement ambassadors provide customer service to residents, visitors and tourists for the Surfside Beach area. They provide information pertaining to parking regulations and are responsible for enforcing parking regulations via digital citations.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Moderate levels of standing, walking, and sitting while driving a golf cart or other vehicle.
- Visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Ability to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally at an acceptable customer service level.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Background check will be completed.
