At Mpower Direct, you'll help homeowners make informed energy choices by educating them about clean energy programs and enrolling eligible customers into our services. You don't need a background in sales or energy to be successful here. We'll teach you everything you need to know through paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing mentorship. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow. Requirements

Are available full-time (Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Educate homeowners about clean energy programs available in their area.
Answer questions, build trust, and guide customers through the enrollment process.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while helping customers make informed energy decisions.
Build confidence, communication, and leadership skills that will benefit you throughout your career.
