Energy Field Representative
About The Position
CLEAResult is seeking a talented Home Assessor to join their team. This role involves conducting in-home base-level inspections for residential clients, providing positive customer interaction to support energy-saving programs. The ideal candidate will have basic residential home construction knowledge, strong time management skills, and the ability to install energy efficiency products. This is a field-based position that requires working in all weather conditions and examining various parts of a home, including attics, basements, crawlspaces, and interior/exterior structures. A company vehicle and equipment will be provided.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.
- 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
- Basic residential home construction knowledge.
- Strong time management skills.
- Capable of installing energy efficiency products.
- Must be located within Morris County, Monmouth County, Ocean County or Warren County.
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
- Must consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
- Must maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home base-level inspections for residential clients.
- Provide positive customer interaction to support energy saving programs.
- Install energy savings measures including light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators, and more.
- Discuss technical aspects of energy consumption systems (e.g., HVAC, lighting, air sealing).
- Maintain organization of company vehicles, inventory, and paperwork.
- Examine attics, basements, crawlspaces, interior and exterior structures.
