About The Position
MPower Direct is expanding in Chicago and building its energy sales team. This is a field-based, conversation-driven role where income grows with skill. The position is for motivated individuals ready to show up, build skills, and earn money. It is not a desk job. If you are hungry, consistent, and ready to take control of your earnings, this is your next move.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Coachable and growth-minded
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (full training provided)
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about their energy options
- Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand what switching means for their home and their bill
- Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
- Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
- Show up consistently, set weekly goals, and hold yourself to them
- Represent MPower with professionalism and grow into leadership as your results develop
