Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture, business management, or related field; or equivalent working experience in similar programs.
  • Current valid Driver's License and clean driving record in accordance with State of Montana Vehicle Use Policy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy significant new federally funded energy incentive programs across Montana with a focus on reducing consumer energy costs and increasing the efficiency and performance of homes and businesses
  • Oversee construction-trade and energy auditor training programs that strengthen technical skills, energy code proficiency, and installation quality for homeowners
  • Lead outreach and technical assistance to homeowners and businesses on energy affordability, energy efficiency, building science, energy codes, and energy technologies
  • Manage large scale federally funded contracts, ensuring all compliance and reporting requirements are met
  • Support energy policy review and analysis
