Requirements

• Two years of experience in general office work which included interviewing the public; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Submission of criminal history reports.
• Pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, complete forms, and validate information to determine eligibility
• Examine mail-in applications, verify supporting paperwork, and prepare case records
• Use computer systems to collect information and complete required forms and narratives
• Reach out to vendors, employers, or other individuals to confirm application details
• Review current files and assess complaints or duplicate submissions for accuracy
• Prepare for hearings, attend appeal meetings, and participate in conferences with supervisors
