Requirements

5+ years of experience
Bachelor's in IT or related field
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Perform patch management and security update operations support to maintain operating environment compliance.
Perform patch and security update deployment testing and maintain the customer patch File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site.
Operate and maintain MS Enterprise Configuration Manager (MECM) instances and manage infrastructure patching.
Oversee more than 45 MECM servers across all enclaves supporting updates and security for over 10,000 Windows servers and workstations.
Provide antivirus support and guidance and perform remediation for compliance, vulnerability management, anti-virus protection, and patching.
Operate, maintain, secure, and engineer updates for all automated environments using DoS-approved automation tools, such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Puppet, or other DoS-approved solutions.
Operate, maintain, secure, and engineer updates on the Red Hat Satellite System management platform to deploy, provision, patch, and manage thousands of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems across hybrid cloud environments from a single management point with full life cycle management.
Comply with DoS rules and regulations governing patch and security update operations.
Develop and maintain Endpoint Management / Patch administration SOPs for the customer IT service delivery processes aligned Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and DoS standards.
Update SOPs to reflect modernization initiatives and emerging technologies.
