About The Position

The Endpoint Experience Analyst, working in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, is responsible for endpoint engineering and configuration management with specialized focus on user workflow optimization and productivity enhancement. Serves as technical lead for endpoint solutions that integrate enterprise system requirements with legal practice workflows. This role combines advanced technical engineering capabilities with user experience analysis to deliver endpoint environments that maximize attorney and staff productivity while maintaining enterprise security and compliance standards. This individual has a deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, M365, Windows 365, and mobile device management (MDM), and experience in legal tech workflows and compliance-sensitive environments.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365 suite, and enterprise productivity applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft graph and enterprise deployment technologies.
  • Strong scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation and system management.
  • 3 years’ experience in Endpoint engineering, systems administration, or enterprise technical support with at least one year experience of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), including Autopilot and app packaging.
  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune for managing Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Design, test, and deploy application packages, and enterprise configurations using advanced scripting and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with IT team on technical architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and system integration requirements.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies for technical feasibility, security compliance, and enterprise compatibility.
  • Develop automation scripts for endpoint provisioning, application deployment, and user lifecycle management.
  • Research user interaction patterns with applications and translate findings into technical specifications and deployment strategies.
  • Map critical legal processes into technical system capabilities and identify gaps requiring engineering solutions.
  • Develop user personas and technical use cases that inform endpoint configuration priorities and application integration decisions.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and user adoption data to identify technical optimization opportunities.
  • Implement productivity measurement systems and analyze technical performance data for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Research emerging technologies including AI productivity tools for technical implementation feasibility and integration requirements.
  • Lead pilot programs for new technologies with focus on technical validation and user workflow impact.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners on product technical roadmaps and integration capabilities.
