The University of North Dakota's College of Nursing & Professional Disciplines (CNPD) is seeking a full-time faculty member for an Endowed Professor of Nursing Leadership position. This role involves teaching, conducting research, and performing service, with a strong emphasis on advancing nursing scholarship and mentoring future nurse leaders. The position requires developing research related to simulation and nursing leadership within interprofessional healthcare teams. The successful candidate will be hired at the rank of full professor with an offer of tenure, based on their documented record of achievement and subject to approvals. The endowment is subject to renewal based on performance and funding. The candidate will demonstrate a nationally/internationally recognized research program, actively pursue external funding, and participate in professional and departmental/university outreach and service activities. Support for this position includes salary, potential summer work agreement, salary support for a graduate research assistant, and discretionary funding for research-related activities. This position requires an on-campus presence at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
