We are seeking an End User Support Analyst to support and administer our modern endpoint environment, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security. This role is responsible for managing device compliance, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, and Tier 2/3 user support across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. The role involves administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, managing compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and app deployments. It also includes supporting Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and endpoint patching, as well as troubleshooting device enrollment, sync, policy, and application issues. Additionally, the role requires administering Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Conditional Access, supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security initiatives, and developing PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint administration tasks. The analyst will provide Tier 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365, and create technical documentation while supporting IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.
