About The Position

We’re looking for a highly experienced End User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and operations across enterprise endpoint services. This is a hybrid opportunity in Columbus, Ohio, requiring local residency and flexibility to be onsite as needed. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in modernizing endpoint environments, driving cloud adoption, and delivering a seamless, secure digital experience for end users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience (8–12 years preferred)
  • Proven experience leading teams in enterprise end-user computing environments
  • Strong background supporting and managing Windows, Mac, and mobile device ecosystems
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Workspace ONE, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation and modernization efforts

  • Strong understanding of cloud strategy and endpoint security best practices

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of all end-user computing services including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for endpoint infrastructure, cloud computing, automation, and support operations
  • Serve as a technical leader across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms (iOS), ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Drive endpoint management transformation, including migration efforts to Microsoft Intune
  • Oversee tools and platforms such as SCCM, Workspace ONE, and Altiris
  • Partner cross-functionally to align IT initiatives with business needs, service levels, and organizational goals
  • Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide leadership across product lifecycle phases including planning, design, deployment, and operational support
  • Manage and develop teams of engineers and/or supervisors
  • Drive performance, accountability, and operational outcomes
  • Influence IT strategy and contribute to mid- to long-term organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units
