This position serves as an End User Computing Analyst II, performing complex professional and advisory functions in End User Computing (EUC) for assigned agencies. In this role you will plan, test, configure, implement, and maintain desktop installations including software distribution and will perform configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of desktop/laptop Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office client software products, and various software and supported applications. In addition, you will provide end user support for all desktop related issues by resolving user questions/problems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, McAfee Anti-virus software, and any other supported products and adapt complex processing to different system/program requirement.
