The mission is to cover the legal procedures concerning company vehicles, in terms of traffic, as well as to provide assistance in accidents and procedures that arise, take care of the image of the vehicles, and coordinate with the transportation area for the repair of the unit in the accident area.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the legal traffic procedures related to company units with the corresponding dependencies.
  • Manage the payment, clarification, and qualification of traffic violations, including those arising from accidents or serious offenses.
  • Administer the provision, cancellation, and control of vehicle license plates, as well as the certification of payments and validation of invoices.
  • Prepare charges to employees for violations, damages, or responsibilities, and channel them to the Human Capital area for the formalization of agreements.
  • Provide immediate assistance in accidents involving company units and maintain control of the incidents.
  • Coordinate the repair of motor units involved in accidents with the Transportation area and external workshops.
  • Supervise the quality and progress of unit repairs until their completion.
  • Verify compliance with the motor assignment of company vehicles.
  • Review the validity and type of driving licenses of personnel assigned to motor units.
  • Internally control driving licenses according to the class of authorized vehicle.
  • Advise personnel on the company's vehicle use regulations.
  • Provide driving courses according to internal guidelines.
  • Maintain the physical and regulatory image of the company's motor units.
  • Request checks for the payment of violations, provision of license plates, and other vehicle procedures.
  • Prepare liabilities for check preparation and make payments to the corresponding dependencies.
  • Verify expenses derived from traffic procedures and submit them to the Accounting area.
  • Register and account for expenses related to vehicle management.
  • Comply with and follow up on company requirements regarding fleet management, in accordance with applicable regulations.
