Enablement Data Lead

Moss•Fort Lauderdale, FL

About The Position

The Enablement Data Lead owns data management across Self Perform, defining standards, definitions, ownership, and governance for shared master data across multiple functions. The role partners with IT and functional data owners to maintain data quality, integrate data into a single source of truth, and keep information consistent across systems and functions. It works closely with internal stakeholders across Self Perform, Supply Chain, Project Services, Asset Management, Field, Construction Management, Pre-con, Finance, and IT, as well as external suppliers, system vendors, and implementation partners. The role reports directly to the Enablement Lead. Success in the position includes establishing and adopting master data standards, definitions, and ownership across Self Perform; harmonizing labor, equipment, material, supplier, and category data with unique item IDs; defining and maintaining a single source of truth across systems; establishing location master, price list, and catalog data structures; reducing errors, duplicates, and rework through data-quality controls; and developing cross-functional reporting used across Self Perform. Performance is measured by master data accuracy, duplicate record rate, domain coverage, sync accuracy between CMIC and IMS, data issue resolution time, and reporting adoption across Self Perform teams.

  • Deep understanding of master data management and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of material, supplier, category, location, and pricing data structures for construction/EPC.
  • Knowledge of ERP and project systems such as IMS, Oracle, InEight, Sequel, and CMIC, and BI/reporting tools.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, data-quality validation, and root-cause analysis.
  • Skill in facilitating cross-functional data ownership and standards.
  • Experience building reporting structures and dashboards.
  • Ability to build data foundations from the ground up in a low-data-maturity environment.
  • Ability to influence functional leaders without direct authority.
