About The Position

The Enablement Data Lead owns data management across Self Perform, defining standards and ownership for shared master data across multiple functions and partnering with IT on governance and quality control. The role integrates data into a single source of truth and works with functional data owners to keep information consistent and connected across functions. The position reports to the Enablement Lead and works closely with internal stakeholders across Self Perform, Enablement, Supply Chain, Project Services, Asset Management, Field, Construction Management, Pre-con, Finance, and IT, as well as external suppliers, system vendors, and implementation partners. Success includes establishing adopted master data standards and ownership; harmonizing labor, equipment, material, supplier, and category data with unique item IDs; maintaining a single source of truth across systems; establishing location, price-list, and catalog data structures; improving data quality; and building cross-functional reporting used across Self Perform. Performance is measured through master data accuracy, duplicate record rate, domain coverage, synchronization accuracy between CMIC and IMS, data issue resolution time, and reporting adoption.
