About The Position

Reynolds Community College is seeking EMT Instructors to provide hands-on lab instruction and skill validation for students in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program at the EMT level. This role ensures that instruction aligns with the National EMS Education Standards, Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) regulations, and program accreditation requirements. The instructor will support students in developing the necessary cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competencies for success in field internships and certification exams. This position is responsible for conducting and facilitating lab sessions and providing tutoring for EMT program students, playing a critical role in helping them understand course material, build technical skills, and prepare for EMT certification.

Responsibilities
