The Parker Jewish Institute, located in New Hyde Park, NY is seeking EMTs to join our new program, the Alternated 911 program, to serve as call center technicians, providing critical support to the patients and clients we serve by fielding non-emergency clinical calls. As a Call Center Technician, you will be responsible for providing friendly, welcoming, and clinically sound communications with the patients and clients who call the center, which includes triaging and documenting both inbound and outbound calls.
