About The Position

MedEx Ambulance is seeking applications for EMS Managers to help oversee our daily operations. Join Chicagoland’s award-winning ambulance service and become a part of our EMS team. Requirements

• Must be able to perform all essential job functions
• Must complete a pre-employment screening
• Must complete EMS System Entry

Nice To Haves

• State-licensed Paramedic or EMT (Preferred)
• Nationally Registered Paramedic or EMT (Preferred)
• ACLS, PALS, PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of field personnel
• Responsible for supervisor or Operations Supervisors
• Responding to incidents in the field
• Handling customer/patient complaints
• Direct liaison between field crews and upper management
• Upholding the rules and regulations set forth by the MedEx employee handbook
• Perform all necessary station duties to ensure a well-stocked fleet of vehicles
• Providing technical assistance and outreach to our service providers
