About The Position

The EMS Liaison supports a Level I Trauma Center by strengthening operational and clinical alignment between Emergency Medical Services agencies and the hospital. This role ensures timely, coordinated transitions of care for high-acuity patients, supports EMS operational efficiency, and advances the organization’s trauma, emergency, and specialty service capabilities. The position represents the trauma center within the EMS community, drives relationship-based problem solving, and contributes to access, growth, and quality outcomes across the pre-hospital and acute care continuum.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Paramedic Program
• Active Florida Paramedic license
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience with demonstrated expertise in community outreach, EMS coordination, or service line development.
