About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Epic Hospital Billing/Professional Billing Analyst, where you'll be leveraging technology to support advancement of our revenue cycle functions in Epic. As a key member of our team, you will support access to tools in Epic to address regulatory compliancy, support operational efficiency and effectiveness, improve patient experience, and increase provider and clinical staff satisfaction, while maximizing revenue capture. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for collaborating with revenue cycle operations to configure, integrate, and implement informatic solutions to improve the patient and family experience, and optimize revenue outcomes.

  • Direct experience within the revenue cycle environment, understanding the unique workflows and challenges.
  • Proficiency in working with Epic Information Systems, including implementation and maintenance.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements as they relate to revenue cycle operations.
  • Ability to analyze revenue cycle data trends to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with revenue cycle operations leadership to align informatics solutions with operational needs.
  • Ability to effectively navigate a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
