The specialist will manage cases, develop employment relationships between clients and employers, and provide access to various employment, job training, and educational opportunities. This position involves close collaboration with state funding sources and assisting clients with job-seeking skills such as resume writing, interview techniques, travel training, and job etiquette. Creative approaches to vocational guidance, job development, job placement, job coaching, and employer relations are encouraged.
